Survivor RACE edition...
Have you heard the rumors about this season's Survivor? Supposedly, they are going to compete by RACE. Just curious to get other people's opinion on this. I don't think it is a good idea at all. Why pit people against each other so stereotypes and prejudice can prevail? Why start that? In the paper it said that Donald Trump almost did this on The Apprentice but chose not to. Very smart of The Donald. I wonder if they will really do it. What do you think?

That's true.. but I guess education is not as sensitive an issue as race.. plus the blue collars were all successful people in their own right.

I alos think that is the worst thing they could even try to do. First it is like wasting 50 years of fighting the race issue getting to this point of equality, and second just not a p/c thing to do. I really feel it will not go far enough to get on the tube.

I still believe it is not a good idea to say lets see if the Asians can beat the blacks...or the hispanics against the whites. I don't care a fig about stereotypes or being politically correct. I just don't like it. My very own personal opinion.. I say mix em up!

I think she will put up Jani and CG ...If she were smart she would BACKDOOR jani b/c she always wins the veto...so Will should be up there and CG a as pawn..>We all know what happens to pawns though lol Keep watching....I am so mad at Jani winning veto yet again .....UGH

Believe me, I'll be watching too! I just had this conversation with my husband who said the same thing about them merging into teams right away. I think they just wanted to put some controversy into it so people will tune in.
